Refunds & cancellation

A 14-day request window for your first paid purchase, with renewal and cancellation rights protected by applicable law and Paddle’s policies.

Effective and last updated:

1. Current purchase availability

iArchi is in free early access. Paid checkout is not yet open, and you cannot be charged simply by creating an account. This policy explains the refund and cancellation process that will apply to paid plans when offered through Paddle.

The product is supplied by Guangyao Ye (叶光耀), based in Mainland China. Product support: yehkuanyew@gmail.com.

2. Your first paid purchase

We offer a 14-calendar-day refund request window for your first paid iArchi subscription purchase. Submit the request within 14 days of that first payment, using the transaction date on your receipt. If a free trial ends in a first paid charge, the window starts with that charge.

Send the purchase email address and transaction reference to yehkuanyew@gmail.com, or request a refund at paddle.net. We coordinate requests and approved refunds with Paddle. You do not need to disclose your card details, password or access token.

This window is an additional iArchi policy and does not replace any longer or stronger right under applicable law or Paddle’s policies. Refund processing and payment-method handling are performed by Paddle.

3. Renewals and other refund rights

Renewal payments do not start another iArchi first-purchase window. Renewal refund requests are handled under applicable law and Paddle’s Refund Policy, including any statutory withdrawal period that applies to a particular renewal.

If a charge is incorrect, unauthorized, duplicated, or the purchased product is not supplied, contact us or Paddle promptly. We will investigate and help resolve the issue. This policy does not restrict rights for defective or undelivered services, consumer guarantees, statutory withdrawals or other non-waivable protections.

4. How to cancel

A recurring subscription automatically renews at the interval shown at checkout until it is cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal using the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt, or request cancellation at paddle.net. You can also contact iArchi for assistance.

Unless a legal right or an approved refund requires a different result, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and prevents further renewal charges. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a payment. Keep the cancellation confirmation and contact support if you do not receive it.

Deleting your iArchi account, removing Google access, signing out, or disconnecting ChatGPT does not by itself cancel a Paddle subscription. Cancel the subscription separately and export content before requesting account deletion.

5. Paddle and mandatory rights

For transactions it processes, Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and its Refund Policy. You can obtain receipts, manage subscriptions and seek billing support through Paddle’s buyer support.

Nothing here limits a mandatory consumer right. Where applicable law, Paddle’s terms or a specific purchase offer provide greater protection, that protection applies. For questions about the product or this policy, contact yehkuanyew@gmail.com.
